Dr. Ioannis (Yannis) L. Tsirogiannis, has studied agricultural engineering at AUA and UTH (Greece). 

He teaches irrigation management at both BSc and MSc level. His main research interests are focused in the design, management and auditing of irrigation and drainage systems.
